I have trouble knowing which law is applicable to which case, since there are so many differences between laws and countries.

The laws they mostly use are ROME I, BRUSSEL I and CSIG. In the pictures you can see what the case is and what they ask.

I will also post a word document from a previous assignment to show you how the assignment is answered/structured.
