1)Argue why Wireshark should be outlawed and that it’s a clear violation of privacy act and then argue why it shouldn’t be outlawed and that it is a vital resource to be freely used and doesn’t violate the privacy act.

2) Using Google, identify each of the fields that Wireshark shows in the Per-Packet Information header.

3) Using NetWitness Investigator, identify the file transferred in the HotSpotCapture.pcap file. Make a screen capture showing the details that led you to that discovery.
