Imagine you are a radio broadcaster assigned to write a script or interview for an upcoming public broadcast.

As a radio broadcaster, write a 1920s broadcast script of approximately 750-1,000 words (uploaded to Classroom).

The news story must address the following:

Detailed description of the topic and its significance to the time

Implications for American society in terms of economic, social, and cultural trends

Incorporate at least 12 specific pieces of historical evidence from a minimum of 4 different primary and secondary sources included in your references.

 

Some possible sources include the required readings, supplemental readings and additional research using Proquest. Include in text citations for all historical facts within your radio broadcast script.
