Identify your three most common factors for effective leadership

.First, introduce the topic. Set the reader up for what you are going to discuss. Tell the reader what you did, i.e., surveyed up to 5 people using the interview guide, and then tell the reader what you will be discussing about leadership in light of these interviews.

.Briefly discuss the challenges in health care that your respondents identified (lack of budget/funding, time constraints etc.).

.Identify your three most common factors for effective leadership. Discuss each of these – use references, insert quotes from some of your respondents to support your discussion.

.From your discussion of each of these factors, identify (if you can) one particular leadership style. Discuss this style in relation to the literature.

.Identify some potential outcomes of effective leadership in contemporary health care settings. Discuss how effective leadership, including the respondents’ traits and the specific leadership theory/style that you identified, can impact on outcomes in contemporary health care settings. Incorporate literature and other sources to support your discussion e.g., examples from your current workplace practice.

.Draw your assignment together by summarising the main points of your argument, and provide a conclusion about effective nursing leadership in contemporary health care

.Use references to support your discussion.
