You will be provided with your own dietary intake assessments to evaluate and discuss in the written assignment. You will get information on: Calories (kcal/d), protein, carbohydrate, fat, sugar (g/d) and selected vitamins and minerals.You will then have 2 weeks to evaluate your eating habits with respect to calories and the nutrients of interest, turning in a written reflection.
