Undertake research to determine features of best practice systems of separation/termination and the legal requirements 2. Implements processes to develop and improve the Quality of separation and termination activities 3. explain the types of separations 4. outline procedures and grounds for dismissal, suspension, voluntary termination, retirement and redundancy 5. unfair and unlawful dismissal 6. payments and entitlements 7. Ensures compliance with relevant contracts, awards, agreements Acts and other statutory or legal requirements. 8. You must gather and provide evidence of documents where policy and procedures are recorded and available for the information of employees and management. Task 2 a. Explain how you would communicate with your employees to ensure that they are aware of their rights and responsibilities as related to their employment. b. Why is it important for staff members who are involved in termination and separation process to have an appropriate skill-set to conduct termination? Name all the relevant staff members who should be involved in the process and how can they enhance their skills to perform their activities related to the termination and separation process.
